Updated 2 Nov 2026

Pick a guild for your play window, ask the right questions after join, know planet vs star ports, and run a short daily loop before you log off.

Guild is part of the growth loop

Official tips describe guilds as shared resources, co-op combat, and guild-only events. Guilds that hold ports also pick up trade and buff upside. Prefer a guild that is online when you are over a roster that only looks big on paper. [S1][S4]

Ask these right after you join

  • Where should I set home port, and where do we rally?
  • How does server time map to my local clock?
  • What are the rally join rules and recommended lineups?
  • Where are the no-attack, diplomacy, and protected-target rules?
  • Where do beginners post questions and battle reports?

That is an onboarding checklist. It does not replace any one guild’s real rules.

Two kinds of ports

Planet ports matter for home-port settling. Star ports can give guild-wide strategic value (including Stellar Halo-style benefits) but cannot be a home port. [S3][S4]

Official occupation guidance covers same-system / adjacent-system hold rules and the first L1 planet-port attack exception. New traders should follow officer declarations and rally calls instead of memorising rules to free-attack. [S4]

Before you join a rally (operating advice)

  1. Confirm event name, target, rally pin, and launch time
  2. Confirm your fleet and champions match the call
  3. If auto-join exists, verify target, count, and fleet — not every server has the same auto tools
  4. Check reward caps and expected losses
  5. On a fail, share the report before you spam another launch

Daily checklist

  • Account / guild notices and event deadlines
  • Finished construction / research → start the next jobs
  • Network commissions and linked home-port dailies [S3]
  • Guild → Ports → claimable income [S3]
  • Exploration rewards worth grabbing [S1]
  • Main champions, components, and ship lineup [S2]
  • Guild rallies and co-op schedule [S1]
  • Before logout: queue work that will finish by the next session

Beginner FAQ

Why do I lose with higher power?

Check energy counters, champion synergy, components, and skill order from the official fleet guide. Power gaps alone do not explain the result. [S2]

Can I settle a high-level port immediately?

Planet ports you can use as home port are gated by Energy Core. Also check whether you can even reach / settle that guild port. [S3]

Are home-port dailies the same as guild port income?

Official docs treat them as separate claims. Home-port dailies ride network events; guild income is Guild → Ports → Claim. [S3]

Do I have to spend money to promote fast?

No hard rule says that. Check owned shards, upgrade gates, and earn paths first. Unlock cost and ongoing promotion cost are different purchase decisions.

What should I report on the guild site?

Patch date, server / season, current core level, the relevant screens, and before / after results. Blur personal and payment details. That format helps editors re-verify guides.
