A new update is arriving in Foundation: Galactic Frontier on October 15, 2026! This update introduces anniversary celebrations, new combat events, improvements to Commerce Guild Duel, additional features, and a special boost for Season 2 players.
Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming maintenance and update.
Maintenance Schedule
Date: October 15, 2026
Time: 06:00–09:00 UTC
Expected Duration: 3 hours
Servers will undergo scheduled maintenance to improve stability and overall service quality.
Please note that maintenance may finish earlier or later than scheduled, depending on progress.
Astral Alignment Party – Anniversary Celebrations!
It’s almost time to celebrate!
The upcoming Astral Alignment Party will bring anniversary festivities to the Galactic Frontier universe.
Commanders can look forward to special events, rewards, and surprises as the celebrations get underway.
Further details about the anniversary activities are expected to be revealed soon.
Commerce Guild Duel – New “Stand Down” Phase
A new phase is being introduced to Commerce Guild Duel, giving guilds another opportunity to earn rewards.
The new Stand Down phase will take place on Sundays.
During this phase, commanders can complete quests to earn rewards based on their guild’s combat losses during Duel Day.
This addition introduces another element to the weekly Commerce Guild Duel cycle, allowing guilds to receive rewards following their battles.
Amusement Park Defense – New Ground Combat Event
Get ready for a brand-new ground combat challenge!
Amusement Park Defense is a new event that will alternate with the existing Kaboom, robots! event.
The events will rotate between Sunday and Monday, introducing more variety to ground combat activities.
First Test Rollout: Servers 1001–1016
The initial release will be limited to these servers, allowing the developers to test the event before a potential wider rollout.
Dominion Warzone – Season 2
A new competitive event is heading to Season 2 servers!
Dominion Warzone will introduce a new battlefield where commanders can compete for higher seasonal rankings.
The event will feature:
* Matchups between competing participants.
* Battles fought across elimination rounds.
* Opportunities to climb the season rankings for your server.
Dominion Warzone will provide another competitive challenge for commanders participating in Season 2.
Further information about the event’s mechanics and rewards has not yet been announced.
New Features & Improvements
Two additional improvements are arriving with this update.
Champion Weapons Rankings
A new ranking feature will be added for Champion Weapons, providing commanders with another way to view weapon rankings.
Guild Member Search
The Guild Member list will now support searching by member name.
This quality-of-life improvement should make it easier for guild leaders and officers to locate specific members without manually scrolling through the entire guild roster.
AromaBloom Trade War – Season 2 Boost
Commanders participating in the Season 2 AromaBloom Trade War will receive a new progression boost.
Chest analysis progress earned from certain Trader Commissions will now be doubled.
This change should help commanders progress through eligible chest analysis objectives more quickly during the event.
The announcement does not specify which Trader Commissions qualify for the boost.
Maintenance Compensation
As usual, compensation will be distributed following the completion of maintenance.
The exact compensation rewards have not yet been confirmed, so commanders should watch for further announcements from the development team.
Final Thoughts
The October 15 update brings a mixture of new content, competitive activities, and useful improvements to Foundation: Galactic Frontier.
The anniversary celebrations are certainly something to look forward to,
